My left side won't give any sound

My left side won't give any sound
I just got a refurbished hesh 2 but the left side gives no sound while the right side has perfect output.

most common issue is a bad solder connection on the male headphone plug. Start checking that first. Different headphones here How to Replace the Audio Jack but the steps are the same."
Also don't forget to check the aux cord most Skullcandy headphones have removable aux cords and it could be a worn-out cord not just the jack.
