My microphone is not working Corsair Void RGB

My microphone is not working Corsair Void RGB The switch works, however other person can hear crackling when mic is turned on when moving the mic around. I am thinking of ordering a mic assembly and replacing it. any help or advice welcome, thank you ANSWERS:
