My mp3 player is glitching out and i'm worried

My mp3 player is glitching out and i'm worried i got the eclips 180 pro two hours ago, i've left it to charge after i put some music in and now its glitching out. i don't know how to fix it and i do not want to buy a new one. please help! ANSWERS:
