My s priv wont turn on but eyes light up when charging

My s priv wont turn on but eyes light up when charging
When I plug my charger in my S Priv 225 tc the eyes will light up and stay lit. But will not turn on at all. Batteries work in other mods so I do know they arent the issue. Someone please help
