My smart tv has volume on all apps but not the built in channels.

My smart tv has volume on all apps but not the built in channels. I have a Panasonic smart tv and we woke up this morning and the normal built in channels don’t have volume anymore. If I launch an app such as Netflix it works fine. I don’t know what to do ? ANSWERS:
