My TOSHIBA #46SL417U tv will not stay on How to test the boards on a Toshiba M# 46SL417U the tv continually turns on and then off it will not stay long enough for the screen to come on. i tried to reboot it . removed the batteries from the remote but no luck ANSWERS:
