My tvs display immediately turns off after I turn on the TV.

My tvs display immediately turns off after I turn on the TV.

I have a Toshiba 49L621u every time I try to turn it on the display comes on for less than a second and then it turns off, the TV is still on but my screen is off. How do I fix this for cheap?
