No picture or sound, led power indicator wont stay on

No picture or sound, led power indicator wont stay on

Have a vizio m43-c1. Shut off while watching, wont power back up. Led power indicator will come on then fade away, some times it blinks 10-15 times then shuts off. Tried all that power cycling, changed main board and power supply board to no avail. Any other suggestions???
