Panasonic Plasma TH-P50VT30S 8 blink error

Panasonic Plasma TH-P50VT30S 8 blink error My plasma TV has 8 blinking red light.. does not turn on. It started actually with 7 blinks. Purchased a repair kit for the SC board. Still not working and now 8 blinks. Hope someone can share any troubleshooting next steps. thanks ANSWERS:
