Power on, Samsung screen saver on but no picture!

Power on, Samsung screen saver on but no picture!

I have a 32" tv UE32F 4000Aw. Had not been on for a week and when used again, I get the Samsung screen saver and blinking light on remote sensor ( blinks 4 times and off). Tried reset and took back off and couldn't see any obviously blown capacitors
