RCA LED55C55R120Q Sound, does not display picture but screen “On”

start off by removing all input sources. Then remove the power cord. Hold the power on button down for about 30-60 seconds. then plug the Tv back in and only connect one (1) input source. For now try to stay away from anything like APPLE TV etc and use a local source only. Something like a DVD player etc. Let us know what you get.
Not getting video but having sound can be caused by a bad main board, bad t-con board or a bad panel (unlikely).

Post some pictures of your boards etc., with your question. also, if you can, include a picture of the label on your LCD panel. Some white screens can be caused by a failed MOSFET on the T-con board.Adding images to an existing question"
