Right side ear bud having less volume and also having hissing sound

Right side ear bud having less volume and also having hissing sound
I have a JBL Harman wireless Bluetooth earphone. The right side ear bud is having less volume and is also having hissing sound. The item is out of warranty and the company does not repair the same. Please help.
