Rough idling, rough running, loss of power, poor fuel economy Truck idles rough after start and continues to do so while driving. Bad vibration. Loss of power, hard to maintain highway speed. Very poor gas mileage.

this could be lots of things from a bad MAF, bad crankshaft position sensor to a cam positions sensor and many things in between. I would suggest that you get the OBD scanned and see what codes your truck shows. At least then you have a starting point. You also want to let us know the exact year and engine size for your truck."
