Runs rough when temp sesor is plugged in

Runs rough when temp sesor is plugged in I have a 1988 Chevy k1500 with a 5.7 350, upon first start up you have to have the temp sensor plugged in otherwise it will spit and sputter, and run like crap. After ten minutes or so, you have to unplug the temp sensor, otherwise it will run like crap spitting and sputtering. I have replaced the plugs, knock sensor, the ESC module, both temp sensors, also replaced the tank, sending unit, pump, and fuel filter. Next on the list will be the plug wires, cap and rotor, after that I'm not really sure what it could be, any help will be much appreciated.

There is two different temp sensors, one runs the gauge or dash light. The other one is how the engine controller receives its info. It will throw the fuel trim of so bad the car will run like crap and dump a lot of gas. My name is TJ
