Samsung PN51E490 tv hdmi ports not working

So I have had this Samsung 52" tv for about 4 years and suddenly all of the hdmi ports are not connecting to there devices. I have three different devices and it is not getting a signal from any of them and u have tried all ports. I have looked online and I have factory reset it and unplugged it for 10 minutes and none of those solutions work. Any other soupy ruin that u have not mentioned would be greatly appreciated.
