Sanyo dp50747-03 Plasma TV Dead found open fuse and shorted diode

Hello, I have thi DP50747-03 found open fuse and shorted diode in power supply. Replaced them but still will not come on suspect U8301 but cannot find the part, identification on iut is 80382 MR4030. Would anyone have this part? or the service manual I would like to repai the board before replacing it.
