Screen Only Works in Game Picture Mode

Screen Only Works in Game Picture Mode When I turn the TV on, the picture flickers in and out. When I played around with the picture mode settings, it seems to work fine on Game mode. Any ideas why this may be and how to fix it? ANSWERS:
