SONY 55"TV does not turn on, and LED light does not light

SONY 55"TV does not turn on, and LED light does not light

We checked the batteries in the remotes, checked the power source ,unplugged and re-plugged in the TV after 2 minutes and used the TV and power buttons on the back of the TV itself - no luck
