Switch on but stay in standby mode

Switch on but stay in standby mode I need diagram to do fault finding. The Line stage is dead also the sound. therefor I need to know output voltages of the power supply. It is a Golden Eye SwinG with chassis # MC-84A68690VM0070H1521. ANSWERS:
