The left side on my sony MDRZX110NC doesn't seem to work

The left side on my sony MDRZX110NC doesn't seem to work
Its a noise cancellation headphone and the driver seems to be covered with a plastc without screws. When I wear it and press the back side of my left earcup it seems to work for an instant but then stops working.
