There are 2 thin lines going across the screen on top of the picture

There are two solid black lines going across the tv one is about 16 inches from bottom of screen the other is almost in middle of the screen , it started out being just one at bottom now 2 days ago now there is the one in the middle as well, they are 2 solid black lines that go 3/4/ across the screen and both on top of an excellent picture. the TV is a Vizio model number E601i-AE3 , 60 inch .
