There is a red circle with a red line across it?
I am new to iPods and this one was bought on ebay. It showed a dark screen with a silverapple in it when I attached it to my laptop to recharge it. I did not open my laptop, only plugged in the power cord. Since opening the laptop I am getting "do not disconnect" across the screen with a flashing red circle with a red slash through it. What can I do?
ANSWERS:
Use iTunes to dismount your iPod. There should be an eject button next to your iPod in iTunes device list. Click that, and the "Do not disconnect" message should go away.
