Top of tv has a white blurry line

Top of tv has a white blurry line

I have a LED 46" and all the sudden a white blurry line appeared when I was watching tv. It's about four inches thick and run across the tv horizontally. What is it? And how much would it be to fix. I've had the tv since 2012. Thanks!!
