Turn signal and running lights don't work

Turn signal and running lights don't work Just recently had a new steering column put in and I've been having problems with the lights shortly after. TS do not come on front and rear along with running lights. TS lights do not come on or show on the dashboard when engaging to signal.. any help would be a blessing
