Turntable will not work even after I replaced the motor.
I ordered and replaced the turntable motor and it still will not work. Is there some way to test the power to the motor? GE Profile JEM31SF-01

Robert Campbell did you check the coupling to make sure that it was properly connected with the motor. I believe you access the motor on this one by removing the bottom panel . You can check with the microwave running if you get power to the motor. It is a 21V AC motor. If you do not get that voltage then you most likely have a bad controller. Do a voltage check first.
