tv clicks like its coming on them red light flashes 10 times
I have tried all the suggestions and my tv clicks like its coming on them red light flashes 10 times and still dont come on please help

"@leroy1976 you did not tell us your exact model number. Once we know what specific model your TV is we can probably give you a more specific answer. The power LED blinking ten times is indicative of issues with the voltages on Sub 5V, Main 3.3V, DTV 9V or the Tuner Power and the board in question is the ""A-Board"". Also, make sure that your units fan (if equipped) and airflow is not inhibited. The common issues with the Panasonic Viera is with the A board. To determine if it is in your case, unplug the set and remove the back. Then plug the set back in. You should hear a click of the first relay when you plug the set in, then turn it on. Should you still get 10 blinks then you know it is a bad ""A"" board which is your Mainboard.
The layout should/could be typical but may be different for your exact model. Let us know what model is it and if there is any change.
