Tv popped no sound or display

Tv popped no sound or display I have a 50 inch Hisense TV, 4 years old. Heard a pop, then sound went and screen went dark short time later. The power indicator light still comes on. I took the back to look at the power and control boards. Nothing jumps out at me. Any suggestions?? ANSWERS:
