TV turns on sometimes
I have a Phillips LED TV, and it would sometimes turn on. Like, you need to hit the button several times before it turns on. But now, it just won’t turn on. I pulled the boards, and all the electrolytic caps hold a charge. I’m not sure if I should replace the caps, or if something else is potentially wrong. If you think that I should replace the caps, which ones are most likely the cause? Should I do all of them? There is no bulging or leakage. There are about 30 of them.
