Vertical colored and white lines over entire sceen

My Samsung 55" UHD 4k TV (Model UA55KU7350KXZN) have got vertical lines after my 2.5 yr old son hit the screen with his bare hands. Lines initiated from right side of screen first where it was hit then they spread out and covered full screen. Below are images for model and screen. Any help on this please?
