vizio e70-e3 need help. at my wits end My TV turns on but displays no picture and no sound. Backlights work. There is no standby light that illuminates. Tv stays on but backlights cycle off and on about every 20 seconds. Replaced LEDs and TCON. Tired of throwing money at this tv. Please help ANSWERS:
