water is dripping down from the cooler

water is dripping down from the cooler Hello everyone, I have the Samsung where the freezer is at the bottom With a large drawer that pulls in and out. So I have the problem also where water is dripping down from the cooler evaporator and it freezes causing the door to open and close very hard because the bottom of the door is rubbing on the ice. So uneasy way to remove the ice from the bottom is you take two bath towels and submerge them in hot water and ring out most of the water and put one of them out on top of the ice on the bottom of the freezer let them sit for a while. As the first is thawing out the ice you like in the second tall hot and ringing out most a lot of that one. Alternate the towels about four or five times and it will thaw the sheet of ice and the whole she device will slide out or you can break it in half to make it easier to get out. Let me know if this works for anyone it works great for me its really fast but I'm still working on finding out what causes this so it won't happen again but about every 2 to 3 weeks I have to do this. Let me know if it works for anybody,

"Stephen Forbes-There is an easier way to remove that ice without all the mess. Place a DRY towel on the ice, hold the wrong end of a screwdriver and tap the handle a few times on the towel and the ice will break itself free and come out in several big pieces.

No mess no damage no time!"
