What causes the 99 tahoe to overcorrect itself while turning right

What causes the 99 tahoe to overcorrect itself while turning right All right turns, 99 tahoe jerks to the right. I was told it was "overcorrecting" itself. I would like to know what causes this jerking, its not safe, you have no control over the jerking. Please help.
