What dose FGI mean
At times it come up with FGI and then it doesn't work why it's this

Do you mean F61 perhaps?
According to the ifixit Panasonic SA-PM17 Troubleshooting guide, (scroll down to Messages Displayed on Screen), F61 indicates:
“ Check and correct the speaker cord connections. If this does not fix the problem, there is a power supply problem. Consult the dealer. “
If the speaker cord connections are secure and seem OK then here’s a link to the service manual schematics for the system, so that you can check out the power supply circuit for the unit etc.
