What is causing my new coil pack not to get power in my 98 gmc sierra?

What is causing my new coil pack not to get power in my 98 gmc sierra? My 1998 GMC Sierra just stopped working replaced distributor cap replaced some wires fuses the coil pack is not receiving power no spark what would cause this to happen? | |
