What is the output of the Transformer?

What is the output of the Transformer? I have this unit. I'm getting nothing out of the transformer, and cant find data sheets on it. Do you know what it is? its 120vac in and it goes direct to the transformer, but I get no output voltage. thank you. ANSWERS:
