What is the problem with my t.v

There is a white border on the display, and the colour is also not good. The picture got pixalised. Can someone tell me what is the problem?

"@thisissourav could be a reflector issue. This will be within the panel assembly itself. You would have to disassemble the panel and check the diffuser sheets as well as reflector and your backlight.

Bad color (washed out) and pixelized images are usually caused by a bad t-con board."
