What location is the remote sensor on a 50 in. Vizio E500ib1?
I called Vizio and told them my problem. I have a 50 in. E500iB1. The problem is the remote is I have no volume control, no control on the on/off function. Picture is great and I can change channels with remote. Vizio walked me through the normal checks, batteries in remote, try different remote, reset remotes and checkinf each buttom on remote. There conclusion is that I have a bad sensor. I ordered a sensor. Now I can’t find the location of the sensor on the back of the tv. Nothing I see matches the board I received.. Can you show me or tell me the location to look?
