When I switch on the Samsung led tv 32" model LA32C450E1XSV TV after 1 minute the color fades, see duplicate pictures and the screen become white

khushi.rajcoomar could be caused by a bad power board (IP board, bad main board, bad T-con board and a bad panel. You do want to check those boards for any obvious damage like leaking or domed looking caps. check all other input sources (HDMI Component etc.)as well. See if that makes a difference. Let us know if you have access to at least a multimeter so we could possibly guide you to measure some voltages on some of the connectors.
