Where is the thermal fuse located

Where is the thermal fuse located I have a 2000 series high efficiency Maytag. Where is the thermal fuse located and how do I get to it on the dryer to try replacing it myself. No service people are available until next week and I have two teenage boys--lots of laundry. :) ANSWERS:
