Why am I getting four split screens of the same image

Why am I getting four split screens of the same image

I have been getting the same screen Repeating as 4 screens and it's not the multiscreen mode and I can hardly read the menu. but the pic quality is just as good as a normal tv. My TV is an ultra HD 3D CURVED TV. MODEL NO. UN55HU8700. Kindly let me know what internal issue the tv might have
