Why do I have to reinstall the channels every time I turn on the TV?
Every time I turn on the TV it`s like the very first time I`ve turned it on. I have to reconfigure the language, the service provider settings and reinstall the TV channels/programs. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Has anyone encountered and solved this issue before?

The TV is sort of like a computer and that there typically is a small battery to help it retain the settings for the device when it’s turned off. The most common battery used, though it may not be the same in your case, is a CR2032 watch battery which is about the size of a quarter. So try taking the back off of your TV and looking around on the printed circuit board for a battery and try replacing that. Hopefully this will fix your problem, if not then I would suggest taking it to a local repair shop.
