Why does my gear fit pro 2 watch keep switching off by itself?

Why does my gear fit pro 2 watch keep switching off by itself? My watch keeps switching off by itself even though it is fully charged, it works for about a minute and then just switches off, I have reset it, done a software update and rebooted it and nothing seems to work.
