Why does my transmission make noise in P and N for?

Why does my transmission make noise in P and N for? I got 2002 dodge ram 2500 pickup truck 5.9L v8 just got a rebuilt transmission done in march 2017, but yesterday when I but the truck in P it make a loud noise and even just ideal it does and N it does but all other gear R and D is fine Why? by Lou
