Why is my 2013 Ford Escape losing rpm's in drive mode
Our 2013 ford escape se was hard shifting in drive mode and then would shift hard going into 2nd and 3rd gear, and before we could we could get into ford repair shop it shifted really hard in reverse and made a horrible noise like the tranmisson dropped out of the vehicle. After driving the vehicle for 45 minutes and you would pull up to stop sign the rpms dropped and it would die and you had to restart like you was driving with a clutch to get it to start and keep running. Sometimes it did not take driving 45 minutes for that to happen you just never know.
