Why is my refrigerator not getting cold?
I have a side-by-side GE BSS25JSRFSS. The freezer is functioning just fine, but the refrigerator is not getting cold. The condenser fan is blowing, the condenser coils are cleaned, the evaporator fan seems to be working just fine, but cold air isn’t entering the refrigerator. The damper door isn’t jammed shut - when I close the freezer door the pressure forces cold air to enter through the damper cover. The freezer has no excess frost or anything - it seems to be functioning just fine.
