Why is my samsung gear live not charging up or powering up?

Why is my samsung gear live not charging up or powering up? After using the device for a whole day, until the power ran out completely, I realized the device did not respond to the charging cradle I been using and used for it a night before. I tried everything but to no avail. I tried the charging cradle and the cable for another gear live watch and it worked fine. What should I do?
