Why is my T7 stuck in service mode?

Why is my T7 stuck in service mode? Recently while trying to remedy what I thought was a pairing issue i used the Bowers & Wilkins Bluetooth Utility\1.2.2\Bowers & Wilkins Bluetooth Utility.exe". I thought I was doing the right thing and used the utility to clear the paired list. Now my T7 is stuck in what i’m told is “Service Mode” and i cannot release it. ANSWERS:
