Why is my tv turning on then show a watch on the screen then off

Why is my tv turning on then show a watch on the screen then off when I turn my TV on it doesn't give me a picture but just an LG watch then it turns off again then on and off and I cant switch it off I have to unplug it totally . ANSWERS:
