Why isn't my phone pairing with the speaker?

Why isn't my phone pairing with the speaker? When I enable the Bluetooth on my iPhone it still doesn't pair with the speaker. I tried turning it off and then back on but it still doesn't work. How can I fix this? ANSWERS:
