Why my ionic cant be switched on?

Why my ionic cant be switched on? Yesterday, my ionic wasn’t displaying the time but all other functions were working. I proceeded to switch it off. I can’t switch it on anymore after that. Battery is fully charged. Any idea how to fix this?
